At Satpute Foods, we take great pride in the quality and safety of the food products we offer. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have been purchased.
1. No Returns on Food Items
Given the perishable nature of our food products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any food items, including but not limited to, fresh, frozen, or packaged foods. Once your order is placed and the product has been delivered, it is considered final sale.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we do want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, if necessary, issue a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.

- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the case of an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product) or if the product is damaged during transit. Please note that refunds are not issued for any other reasons, including customer change of mind.
